Cats have a low thirst drive. Especially in climates like Australia, cats often need support to keep hydrated when on a purely dry food diet.

Moisture in wet food supports:

  • Kidney function

  • Dilution of urine (reduces crystal formation risk)

Concentrated urine (common in dry-fed cats) increases the risk of:
